Dan Boney
Managing Partner & Chief of Reality

After leaving a 20 year career with Sony, Dan joined Tilt as CIO in 2009 to oversee customer support and project management. He playfully calls himself the Chief Safety Net, and catches all of the balls that might get dropped without his attention to detail and attentive customer relations.
Dan brings 25 plus years of sales and relationship management experience with him from his work in the Broadcast Division of Panasonic and Sony and was recipient of the prestigious Outstanding Sales Performance Award in 2004.
Christine Martin
Client Services Partner, Canada

Christine joined Tilt in 2010 to develop and lead Tilt’s unique, individualized approach to client services. As a Client Services Partner, Christine will represent Tilt Coaching & Consulting, Inc. through business development of the services arm of Tilt in Canada where Tilt offices will be located in Ontario.
With 25 years of business consulting and executive coaching as her background, Christine has nearly 8,000 hours of professional coaching as an ICF Master Certified Coach. Her global leadership was demonstrated via her multiple management roles with the 1984 and 1996 Olympic Games swimming events and as competition director for the 2004 USA Olympic Swimming Trials, and she recently completed seven years as a sub-contractor with NASA in the role of leadership development coach.
Susan McCandless
Client Services Partner (East Coast HQ – Raleigh)

Susan joined Tilt in 2010 to develop and lead Tilt’s unique, individualized approach to client services. As a Client Services Partner, Susan will represent Tilt Coaching & Consulting, Inc. through business development of the services arm of Tilt on the East Coast where Tilt offices are located in Raleigh.
Susan brings over 20 years of experience as a leader in varying functions, such as Operations, Sales Support, and Organizational Development within a top 50 global company. She has coached top talent leaders and executives globally in areas such as change management, talent development, succession, and transformational leadership. Susan’s current work includes coaching with UNC’s Executive Education program and the CDC. She has recently joined the team of coaches that provides professional coaching services to TED Fellows, via the Harnisch Foundation’s SupporTED program.
Abigail Ivins
Client Services Partner (West Coast HQ – San Francisco)

Abby joined Tilt in 2010 to develop and lead Tilt’s unique, individualized approach to client services. As a Client Services Partner, Abby represents Tilt Coaching & Consulting, Inc. through the business development of the services arm of Tilt on the West Coast where Tilt offices will be located in the San Francisco.
Abby is an executive with 20 years of leadership and coaching experience. Her background includes extensive experience in management consulting, change management, leadership development, and strategic planning with Merrill Lynch/Bank of America and Robertson Stephens. Through the recent turbulent economy, she led associates through strategic shifts driven by mergers and acquisitions, role redefinition, and leadership changes. Making her a key member of the Tilt Team, Abby’s up to date experience provides a fresh and invaluable perspective of the challenges facing leaders and teams today.
Michelle Chayka
Executive Assistant & Training Coordinator

Michelle joined the Tilt Team as an Executive Administrative professional and brings a diverse corporate background, including 15 years experience in the areas of Performance Analysis, Office Administration, Legal, and Human Resources.
Michelle has been recognized for taking a leadership role in support of senior executives. She has a proven and verifiable record for utilizing strong technical and interpersonal skills to enhance organizational efficiencies and profits. She has a distinct talent to arrange and present diverse information in an easy to understand format, utilizing advanced technical, as well as, analytical expertise.
