Aspects of Leadership
The Whole Person Tilt Leadership Model includes four overarching aspects to leadership that we call the *Meta-Factors" and we study all four:
1. Wisdom

2. Humanity

4. Resilience

Our philosophy is that if you step up to the responsibility of leadership and you want to accomplish great outcomes, then you need to understand how to operate in all four aspects of leading. Balanced leadership, based on higher levels of moral reasoning and maturation of leadership character are what brings about the conditions for teams to collaborate effectively.
Tilt, Inc is a company that bases its model on research. We study the literature on leadership and teach from our learnings in our training.
