The Tilt 360 Leadership Predictor is a strengths-based character assessment in a 360-degree feedback format, based on the Tilt Leadership Model. The tool measures the core character strengths of “Leadership Presence & Impact” in the Four Pillars of Transcendent Leadership. Tilt 360 Team Climate Predictor
The Tilt Team Climate Predictor assessment assists your organization by measuring the psychological climate of teams. Culture in organizations generally refers to norms of behavior that are all encompassing and broad reaching from years of development. As distinct from culture, the team level climate is impacted most by the leader of the team and thus can be altered much more easily than the overarching organizational culture.
